Diana V Gustafson

Diana has been practicing yoga for eight years. She teaches fun, alignment-based vinyassa flow classes. Each class incorporates breath and meditation in a physically invigorating and spiritually uplifting class.

Education

Diana has earned  200-hour certifications from One Aum Learning Center with Shannon von Burns, as well as from Mandali Yoga with Gopi Kinnicutt (Washington, D.C.) Diana has worked with Annie Carpenter at the  Exhale Center for Sacred Movement in Los Angeles (100-hour certification) focusing on form and alignment. She is currently pursuing her 500-hour certification in Prana Flow with Maria Garre at Ananda Shala a Shiva Rae-affiliate in Frederick, Maryland.

Diana is a Master’s of Divinity student at Virginia Theological Seminary outside DC. She has written essays and reviews for The Huffington Post, The Washington Post, Health Magazine, The Wilson Quarterly and The Dallas Morning News. Her most recent article on yoga appeared in the Washingtonian Magazine.
